So very pleased for Simon and all his family and supporters. Now the battle begins ......he has to push absolutely everything forward for his appeal to ensure ALL the facts are before the Judges. I wish him well and truly hope it all comes right at his forthcoming appeal.

My fingers are firmly crossed for Simon too. And if any judicial precedents regarding Police and Prosecution lapses or deficiencies of legal representation at his trial are resolved in Simon's favour, then that's got to be credited to you as profit in your case, Susan.
But in the meantime, take care Susan. I and many others will be praying for you next week.
Yes,well done for Simon. Hope he manages to get all his evidence heard properly and doesn't face the Appeal Court fiasco that you had.

It's hard to understand why Simon Hall's case has taken so long to come to appeal, given that the pathologist has already been discredited. Everything seems to move at snail's pace.
